Delivery

For orders received before 1pm we aim to deliver the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery is via carrier service to ground floor locations only. Where an item is not in stock, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.

Orders within Lancashire

Orders delivered to addresses within Lancashire are FREE.

For UK orders outside of Lancashire delivery costs are as follows:

Prices listed above are to UK mainland addresses excluding the Lancashire and the Scottish Highlands. Prices are calculated during the checkout process. Please email for delivery charges outside of our standard area.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You are responsible for returning the item. Please enclose your invoice number and contact details with your item. If you would like us to arrange a collection on your behalf, please contact us. The cost of the returning the item will be deducted from the refund.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an alternative item, please place a new order online.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will arrange collection of the incorrect item, and deliver a replacement.
